Shipping Info & Policy
All Custom Gift Orders are final and no returns or refunds are offered. These custom orders will ship in 2-3 weeks from your approval of artwork proofs. So sorry, but no exceptions.
Items marked “In Stock” will ship the same or next business. Non-Custom Online orders of Relic Wood Boxes marked “Made to Order” will be shipped in 15-20 business days.
Track Shipment of an Order
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Until it ships, your order will be marked as processing. You can also track your shipment by entering your order number (example: RW0001) and the email you entered at checkout below.

If the item you ordered is labeled “Made to Order” then your order will be shipped in 15 to 20 business days. In rare cases your order may ship faster, but most times we have to build your box specifically for you. When ordering, please be aware and plan on your item shipping in 15-20 business days if it isn’t in stock. Business days are Monday – Friday and do not include Sat. and Sun. as we are off those days spending time with our families. All custom orders & furniture will be shipped in approximately 2-3 weeks from your approval of artwork proofs. To make sure this is clear, that is when it will ship by, not when it will be delivered. If you are placing a custom order, we will most likely be designing artwork for you. If this is the case, the order does not go into production until you approve the artwork we have designed! This means that the longer you take to reply to our e-mails, the longer it will take for your order to be completed. To assure a faster production rate, please check your e-mail regularly to assure your artwork proofs are created by us, revised via your instructions, and approved by you As Soon As Possible!

IF YOU ARE ORDERING FOR A RETIREMENT CEREMONY MAKE SURE TO ORDER WITHIN PLENTY OF TIME!! IF AN ORDER HAS TO BE SHIPPED OVERNIGHT OR 2-DAY AIR, OR 3-DAY SELECT YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE EXTRA SHIPPING FEE! To make this perfectly clear… if we are still within our designated shipping window and you request to have something rushed shipped, you will be charged for the extra shipping cost and a $75 rush fee! We are sorry but we can’t afford or be expected to eat the cost for this due to the fact that it wasn’t ordered in time to meet our production shipping window.
When looking at our shipping times, please consider that all items on our site are made by hand right here in America. By offering customization, we offer a greater appeal to a much larger customer base who wish to purchase our products. In this “instant gratification” world we live in, some times waiting can be tough. Getting something hand made just for you is worth the wait.
We reserve the right to choose your items shipping carrier. We traditionally use Fedex, and USPS to ship our orders. Freight damages must be reported to us via the Warranty Claim Form, and your claim must be filed directly online via our website form with images of the damage. Any claim for defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Any claim after 10 days will not be considered.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return item. Please fill out the warranty claim form to report issues to be considered for exchange or to return an item. Original packaging materials should be used and the original packing slip should be included with the returned item.
APO / FPO / DPO Shipping for Military
We appreciate our veterans! We can ship to all APO/FPO/DPO military addresses with no problem. We have shipped a lot of orders to military addresses and are honored to help those serving our country. Be sure to select the AE / AA / AP country option when placing your order for the shipping address. *** UPDATED – We ship all APO / FPO / DPO packages via USPS Priority mail.
Due to package size dimensions limitations, we cannot ship any Trunks to APO / FPO / DPO addresses.
When shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO address, use the following format for filling out the address form:

There is no need to enter the actual city, state, or country where you are located. Enter APO, DPO, or FPO for the city and AP or AE for the state. Since these ship USPS, and going overseas in most cases, delivery times can be a bit longer, but it will arrive as quickly as possible and we will provide you a tracking number with USPS once it has shipped.

Australia, Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Philippines, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. Simply enter you country and physical mailing address at checkout, choose your Fedex Shipping Option and checkout. You are responsible for any import fee, tariff, or taxes your country may impose.

Made to order = Completely made by hand here in the USA when you order. These items take time to create. We literally make them one at a time especially for you and your loved ones and we get a lot of orders as we are literally the only place you will find this available. We don’t want to inconvenience you, but you can’t have those products “NOW” Veruca Salt 🙂 .
We do GREATLY APPRECIATE your order, and hope that you can appreciate the wide variety of artwork and sizes we offer and that we stay busy creating our custom boxes. The only way this is possible is for us to make them when you order. As new orders come in, if we see something ordered on a regular basis we will conveniently add it to our Quick Ship Items to eliminate the wait.
